Product

ReproPack helps users create reproducible browser bug reports by capturing user-controlled evidence such as screenshots, interaction timelines, console messages, failed or slow request metadata, environment details, and editable Markdown summaries.

ReproPack is a productivity and debugging tool. It does not guarantee that every bug can be reproduced, diagnosed, fixed, accepted by an issue tracker, or resolved by a third party.

Accounts, licenses, and Pro access

The free plan provides core capture, editing, Markdown copy, Markdown preview, and a limited local report history.

The Pro plan is currently sold as a one-time purchase for a single user license unless the checkout page or a written agreement states otherwise. Pro features may include zip package export, a larger local report history, and future workflow enhancements.

A license key is issued after successful payment. You are responsible for keeping your license key private. Do not publish, resell, share, or distribute license keys.

We may suspend or revoke license access if a payment is refunded, disputed, reversed, fraudulent, or if the license is abused, shared publicly, or used to bypass product limits.

Payments, taxes, and billing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for ReproPack orders and handles checkout, payment processing, tax calculation, invoicing/receipts, and refund processing.

ReproPack is responsible for product access, license activation, technical support, and operation of the browser extension.

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Displayed prices may exclude applicable taxes, VAT, GST, duties, or similar charges. Where applicable, taxes may be calculated and collected during checkout by Paddle.

You must provide accurate checkout and billing information. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy linked on this website and by Paddle's buyer support process. A refund does not guarantee reimbursement of currency conversion charges, bank fees, card issuer fees, or taxes that Paddle or local rules cannot return.

User responsibility for reports

Reports are generated from the page state and browser activity visible or observable during capture. Before copying, downloading, uploading, or sharing a report, you are responsible for reviewing it and removing confidential, personal, regulated, proprietary, or sensitive information.

You must not use ReproPack to capture information you are not authorized to access or share. If you use ReproPack in a workplace, client environment, customer support workflow, or regulated context, you are responsible for following your organization's policies and applicable laws.

Acceptable use

You may not use ReproPack to violate laws, infringe rights, exfiltrate data, bypass security controls, monitor people without authorization, distribute malware, interfere with the service, attempt to reverse engineer paid access controls, or abuse the license verification system.

You may not misrepresent ReproPack reports as official statements from ReproPack, Chrome, Google, Paddle, Vercel, GitHub, or any third-party service.

Browser and platform limitations

Chrome extension APIs restrict what extensions can capture. ReproPack may not work on Chrome internal pages, Chrome Web Store pages, extension pages, browser settings pages, file pages, pages with restrictive policies, pages where scripts cannot be injected, or pages unavailable to the active tab permission.

Network and console capture are best-effort. Browser behavior, page frameworks, content security policies, cross-origin restrictions, service workers, extensions, and page code may limit what can be observed.

Third-party services

ReproPack may integrate with or rely on third-party services such as Chrome Web Store, Paddle, Vercel, Vercel Postgres, and GitHub. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.

ReproPack is not responsible for third-party outages, payment processor decisions, card issuer behavior, browser changes, marketplace decisions, or external issue tracker behavior.

Changes and availability

We may modify, improve, add, remove, or rename features as the product evolves. We aim to preserve purchased Pro access to the paid feature set, but exact implementation details may change.

We may update these terms or the product to address legal, security, platform, payment, or operational requirements. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Disclaimer

ReproPack is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.

You are responsible for validating reports, preserving your own records, and deciding whether exported evidence is appropriate for your use case.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReproPack and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data, business interruption, security incidents caused by user sharing, or third-party service failures.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability for claims relating to ReproPack will not exceed the amount you paid for ReproPack in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
